Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and attentive service, especially from staff members like the cleaning and dining teams, as well as the lifeguard and animators. The breakfast and buffet options were frequently described as varied and tasty, and the pool area was a highlight for many guests. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, particularly in rooms and around the pool. Parking was also a recurring problem, with guests finding it difficult to access or not included. Despite some negative comments about cleanliness and parking, the overall atmosphere and amenities, especially the pool and breakfast, were positively received.AI-generated from customer reviews
