THOUGH IT STATES THEY HAVE AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE, THEY DO NOT. The staff apologize, so the false advertising is okay. Thankful, they can be forgiven by everyone, while continuing to false advertise. The staff just acts like that is good business practice. I had to arrange an Uber for a 345am pickup - which was late and I barely made my flight. Pros (+) The guy working the front counter really cared
Cons (-) It took three times to get key working. Night manager said daytime staff should have checked door lock batteries and did not. He came up disassembled door lock installed new battery to get lock working.

Pros (+) The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety.

Cons (-) Kids had to sleep on a crappy pull out sofa because your website said the hotel had a double king room. Alas, they did not have a double king room. So I paid extra for something I didn't get. Will never use your site again
