Great service, unbeatable price
Pros: Amazing deal for the price - our room had a kitchenette, walk in closet, and sitting area. The area was quiet, so it was easy to get sleep before heading out to party again. It was a quick 10min walk to the Encore, 20min to the Palazzo. You can order a cab quickly at the front desk as well.

Inexpensive place to spend the night for conferenc
Pros: 5-10 minute walk from Wynn for conference and I only needed a place to sleep for several hours at night.
Cons: None. What I received for the price was what I expected. One thing maybe was that I did not see an in room safe which would have helped if I was going leave my laptop behind.

Great location and the greats stop there
Pros: Location is perfect for walking to the convention center; beds are comfortable and the units are spacious. It was quiet at night time and the staff serving breakfast were very nice.
Cons: Kitchen unit without a single pot, pan, utensil, etc. - pretty useless feature. Lukewarm water in the shower. Front desk and breakfast guard staff is rude and unfriendly. They charge a big resort fee and there's not a 'resort' amenity there. No pool, hot tub, nothing. No book in the unit showing where icemakers are, etc. Bartender is very nice; food is just barely average and very overpriced.

Can't beat the location/price for a basic stay
Pros: The Rita Suites is a GREAT motel when you consider the price and manage your expectations. If you are like me and just want a clean room, warm shower, and cozy bed, this place is perfect. In fact, you will be pleasantly surprised by the kitchen and living area which are rarely found in discount motels. Finally, the location is perfect if you are attending something at the convention center, which is a short 5-10 minute walk. (Depending on how fast you walk) If you are in Vegas for an extended period, they even offer monthly rates.
Cons: The bedroom is rather small and the beds BARELY fit in the room. It takes a bit of gymnastics to get to the far end of the bed. If you don't mind crawling (or falling) into bed from the foot end, this isn't an issue.

Pros: The hotel is close enough to the convention center to walk there. Breakfast is basically cereal and bagels with juice and coffee.
Cons: The vending machines were all mostly out of order. At least the three I saw on the way to my room. The WiFi access was shoddy, the chances of you getting good WiFi is really low. The floors of the hotel are strangely never flat, there are ups and downs making it difficult to not trip. There is a resort fee that was charged even though the "resort" i.e. swimming pool was closed.

Not a bad stay overall
Pros: It was close to the strip and bus system to make our stay in Vegas easier. Staff was super nice at 3:15 in the morning when we needed a cab to the airport!
Cons: The bathroom wasn't as clean as one would hope... Work on cleaning the toilet a bit better. Also fix the latch lock on the door so a guest can tell if someone had busted down the door or not.

Just avoid the place
Pros: The staff were good but the place was outdated and horrible stay.
Cons: The bed was horrible, it caved in the middle, the place smelled like old nasty feet and the light set h in the closet was so loose I shocked myself.

Great deal
Pros: Great location for the convention center. Comfortable enough beds. AC that worked. Really low price. It wasn't fancy, but for the price I would absolutely go back.
Cons: Wifi was very slow, small stain on one of the sheets, cramped bedroom. Wouldn't have been the best room to spend a significant amount of time in, but for spending the majority of the days at the convention center and using the room primarily for sleep it was fine.

Would not recommend
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Everything in room smelled like smoke. Bathroom shower looked really old and had rust and mold. Furniture and decor were scratched. Fridge did not work. Overall my biggest complaint is how bad the smell of smoke was. I would never stay here again

best deal for the price
Pros: that the breakfast on the weekend was included, and that the use of the washer and dryer was free. I don't know what others were expecting...if their expectations were that high..then they should pay the hundreds of dollars more and go there. This is family friendly and is the ONLY place we stay when we come to vegas now!

Major road & other noise
Pros: My room was on the 3rd floor facing Convention Center Drive, which is a major thorough fare. The road noise came right through the building and kept me up every night. The rooms have adjoining rooms. The door between the rooms is hollow, so you hear everything from the other room. Someone set off the fire alarm one night and I nearly jumped out of the bed. It shrieked for about 5 minutes until they turned it off. Not a restful stay.
Cons: Close to the Convention center - it's an easy walk. Room was clean, but maids only made up the room once in the four days I was there.
