Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some found the staff friendly and helpful. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and high noise levels. Problems with key cards, misleading photos, and extra charges for linens were also mentioned. While a few guests noted the hotel was clean and practical for short stays, overall, the negatives outweighed the positives in these reviews.
