Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime beachfront location, easy beach access, and proximity to Laguna's attractions. The staff received high marks for being friendly, accommodating, and helpful, making stays feel personal and welcoming. However, several guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality provided, citing issues with noisy portable air conditioning units, musty smells, and some rooms needing updates. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few noted musty odors. Noise from thin walls and loud AC units was a recurring complaint. Overall, the location and service stood out as highlights, while value for price and noise were common concerns.
