Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and relaxing pool area. Many appreciated the tranquil gardens and quiet atmosphere despite being centrally located. However, reviews were mixed on cleanliness, with some guests reporting issues such as dirty rooms and bathrooms, while others found their accommodations clean and well-maintained. Breakfast and value for price were generally appreciated. Some guests mentioned issues with room maintenance, noise, and mosquitoes, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
