Hotel Krynica Conference & Spa - Krynica-Zdrój - Building
3
9.1 Excellent (2,679 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you stay at Hotel Krynica Conference & SPA in Krynica-Zdroj, you'll be near ski lifts, within a 5-minute drive of Mt. Parkowa Funicular and Mineral Water Pump Room. Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is close to the old part of town which is very picturesque. We loved being surrounded by nature and the highlight of the trip was having our very own bbq using the hotels outdoor bbq area. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of this.
Cons: In our opinion, the hotel is on the lower end of 4 stars as the breakfast is very basic and not really up to standard in terms of selection. The bathroom facilities are also quite basic, but ok and there wasn't coffee included in the room tea and coffee area. The slippers are flimsy and the beds are average. Also, the balcony sides are open, so there isn't much privacy between the rooms. Overall, the hotel is ok, but they've missed the mark on the finer details.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff, breakfast like a king, views from balcony are amazing.
Cons: Swimming pool was 27 degrees. Could not swim in it and was tooo cold for my son. Informed the reception and next day it was still same. It should be managed as a 4 star Spa. Parking is quite challenging there. If you have kids and stroller, could be a challenge to go down and come up to hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is very good. Perched on a hill, a short walk to the spa area . Breakfast is fantastic. Great selection, nice dining area. Swimming pool is a decent size and has nice views. Sauna / wellness centre is great and the gym looked well equipped but no time to use.
Cons: Hotel interior (rooms / corridors) are typical for a "business hotel"...all browns / beiges with no attempt at style. This didn't really bother me as I am used to it ;-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel service rooms atmosphete food I strongly recommend
Cons: Comfort and clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: staff very friendly.
Cons: need for more towels. pool closes from 12 - 2 PM daily
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful, smiling & ready to help service Food was great! Well prepared for kids
Cons: No aircondition in standard room
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, amazing views from the balcony and great bar/disco.
Cons: There was only one escalator to the rooms. With the hotel full and many families with children this was a problem. Similarly there was 1 coffee machine at the breakfast buffet. The Q was never less than 10 people. Really inconvenient when you want to sit down for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: After staying in another 4-stars hotel nearby we were pleasantly surprised how boce Krynica Spa was! The rooms are not big but very cosy. View is amazing. Breakfast very good. When we come to Krynica next time we will be staying there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and best quality/price in the whole area.
Pensjonat Malopolanka & Spa - Krynica-Zdrój - Building
4
9.1 Excellent (219 reviews)
Overview Reviews
A stay at Małopolanka & Spa places you in the heart of Krynica-Zdroj, within a 5-minute walk of Mineral Water Pump Room and Mt. Parkowa Funicular. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Exellent location. Good parking facilities. Historic building.
Cons: The spa was closed when we were there. The parking was a bit difficult to find and this should be announced when you book the hotel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and extremely friendly staff - very helpful, polite and always with a smile on their faces. The coffee, tea and bar were well stacked, the cakes excellent and most importantly a nice, comfortable environment to sit it. As we had a small baby, the hotel was children friendly with breakout areas for kids to play in. The breakfast was filling with a wide assortment of food to choose from - with eggs and coffee made to order. The lunch and dinner menu was good. While not exactly fine dining, the chef does make an attempt to impress with good plating and well-flavoured dishes with wine pairing. Do try the beef tartar as an appetizer, was probably the best among the lot. The location of the hotel is perfect, dead in the centre of the old spa town with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. The Spa is well equipped, although with the little one around we did not, unfortunately, use much of the facilities. Parking available but a word of caution - around 70 steps above the hotel, so mind the sweat! PS - thanks to the staff for an upgrade to the apartment and the welcome drinks!
Cons: Overall a pleasant experience, although a few factors made me mark the overall rating a 4/5. While the decor in the common area and SPA has been well done up (appears to be recently refurbished), the rooms need a bit of an overhaul. The bed was a little to cranky and everytime we moved, we had to be cautious not to wake our sleeping baby. The restaurant was unfortunately closed except for breakfast - Monday through Wednesday (so we really got to eat lunch and dinner only a couple of days in the restaurant) and we had no prior notice of it which was a tad disappointing as it was hard to find children friendly restaurants at short notice. A heads up would have been helpful. But for these factors, a very pleasant experience and stay!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I love the quirkiness and walking into the old ages. Krynica Zdrój is a jewel undiscovered by anyone outside of Poland. Quiet. Breakfast amazing! Food in restaurant absolutely delicious. You have to try it. Staff so friendly and helpful. Have stayed here many times and to be recommended
Cons: The wine list could improve! But they do have wine !!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful reception area, inviting bar and cafe. The breakfast was amazing.
Cons: The parking was a bit off site but it was to be expected; this is a very old hotel. Cars were not in vogue when the hotel was built, you arrived by train.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very traditional hotel. Comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Very nice breakfast and a good place for an evening meal.
Cons: No elevator so be prepared, the staff were very helpful with my bag. There was music in the lobby a couple of nights but I found that it did not bother me.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the room eas very very small and very dated. stuff were very nice and tried to help as much as they can. parking area is located on the street above the hotel and there is no elevator only uncomfortable stairs outside and it's a problem if you come with a car and needs to take the luggage with you through this stairs. breakfast was good. the location is very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: No safety deposit box in the room and all written information was in Polish (for the spa ect.) wasn’t an issue but nothing else to fault
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff Excellent food in restaurant Great selection of Irish whiskies!!!
Cons: Bedroom little small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Old world elegance, updated. Loved the mineral waters and the Polish chocolates provided in the rooms. Towel warmer a plus! Onsite spa services. Helpful English speaking front desk staff. Mountain air, live music in the bar. delicious food in the onsite restaurant...a gem.
Cons: Wished the room had a spa menu in English.

Pros: We liked the minigolf and spa as well. Everybody was really helpful and caring. Very good and rich breakfast.
7.5 Good
Pros: Exterior is great, v stylish ! Hotel lobby also looks amazing. Bed is very comfy.
Cons: It’s bit overrated, bathroom needs updating. Our patio could be easily accessible for outside ppl which didn’t seem secure enough. Heating system doesn’t work because is not heating season. Well I couldn’t dry my clothes on my “patio” then I would love to use the radiator that apparently can’t be switch on during summer time.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good food, comfortable bed, nice people and beautiful area around you
6.3 Good
Pros: Location,
Cons: Dark rooms, hotel needs some refurbishment/change of style. Food in Italian restaurant has space for quality improvement.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and polite staff, the variety of food for breakfast and with the 3 restaurants is amazing, the rooms are clean, big enough and well equipped. The environment is calming and well structured. Many opportunities to relax and also for children to play.
Cons: There is no outside pool
9.2 Excellent
Cons: Included dinner was good, but overpriced in my opinion. As minimum, one glass of wine or beer would have made it feel like worth of money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent.
Cons: Wifi could work a little better-there we're problems with reception in the complex
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, very clean, good swimming pool. Variety of choices for breakfast. Located in the forest, next to the mountains. Rooms are nice, and we'll equipped. Super friendly stuff.

9.0 Excellent (821 reviews)

Located within the Popradzki Landscape Park, the 4-star Pegaz Hotel is surrounded by the mountains and valleys of the picturesque Krynicka Jaworzyna. This hotel features guest rooms and apartments. Each room is clean and neatly decorated and boasts a balcony with views of the mountains. The Pegaz has its own restaurant where guests can enjoy traditional mountain food and Polish cuisine. The indoor pool has wonderful views of the ski hills. The Pegaz Hotel occupies a quiet location outside the resort of Krynica Zdrój. The hotel is well placed for the modern ski station with its lifts and access to the slopes.
6.3 Good
Pros: Swimming pool, jaccuzzi, sauna. Very quiet.
Cons: Shower was very hot and very cold every 2 seconds. I had to make the bed (booked twin bed room and beds were configured as double bed room). Restaurant was closed, we had to go get dinner outside.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Closest to Ski lifts at Jaworzyna, great restaurant and decent SPA offers+wellness. Superior rooms nice and comfortable though quite small. Enough parking spaces but we were not during peak season so this may be a bit tricky then.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: very nice and helpful personnel, very close to the slopes
Cons: there was an awful stench in the bathroom
7.5 Good
Pros: For autumn very good place. Nice and quiet.
Cons: In the main apartment bed there was only one duvet. Should be 2. When I asked for additional - I learned that I should asked before when the cleaning ladies were still there. At midnight phone awaken us - someone was complaining about the noise. The receptionists didnt take a trouble to check - just called us. At the morning I have learned that this was a mistake - and that i could come to reception in the night. Was it a joke or what ? Also I would think about using the potential of sauna's by employing the sauna master.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location-50 m from gondola lift. You can rent ski equipment right at the hotel. Excellent breakfast-big veriety of dishes. Every day fresh towels in room. The hotel has its own swimming pool, burble bath outside and two saunas.
Cons: Coffee at breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel in each aspect ! Will stay there for sure again
8.8 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was great, big offer from everything. Restaurant was great, friendly prices. The rooms have great noise isolation, because there was a wedding but in room we did nor hear anything.
Cons: Wellness could possible offer more saunas. ( they are just 2) and maybe Kneipe bath.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel needs immediate renovation! Rooms as well as the reception and dining area remember the communist times. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the wall. Very difficult to get there by night. The only plus of it is the beautiful view and very nice, professional service provided in the cafe (great, fantastic and patient waiter - thank you so much for all your recommendations) and in the reception (both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth). The man in the swimming pool - (unfortunately) very rude and interested only in reading his newspaper.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the ski lifts, nice wellness
Cons: A bit small room

9.6 Excellent

Cons: rates
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant, night club, room equipment, bathroom. The staff is very friendly and very professional.
Cons: Mattress could be a bit more comfortable. The spring ones are a bit old fashioned and old as such.
7.1 Good
Pros: In Center city!!!
Cons: 1. No Coffee maker an twe in the Room 2. This i 4 Star hotel... Why. 3. Carpet needs to be clean 4. Is no sign on the street that gest hotel can drive to Hotel President. City Police stop drivers.. some one should take care of that soon. 5. Why when I payed for room Receptionist did not give to me proof of payment?? I have to come back and ask for... I hope this will help improve guest services
7.5 Good
Cons: Never go back and possibly this is wise advice though having returned last year and finding the standards the same we had no grounds to suspect things had slipped. But this time round matters had deteriorated with breakfast a shadow of last year's choice and even the restaurant, which can produce some most excellent food, deciding that tinned peaches would suffice for caramelized fresh ones to go with duck that had clearly been reheated. And this on the last night. A shame, for the spot and the staff are winners and it was the enthusiasm of the latter that saw us through a less than pleasing week. Unfortunately despite the greatest effort on the part of the staff there is little they can do about the complete ruining of Krynica as such, which, in the throes of modernity, has been transformed over the last 22 years from a quaint and charming retreat far from the madding crowd to the very hub of plastic modern-day travel, while the development of the town itself with the invasive omnipresence of concrete and the removal of anything original, green and organic makes one think that it is in fact Saruman with his 'mind of metal and wheels' now lording it at the Town Planning Office, while every where one goes the place is dug up as if again by his Orcs with their love of 'wheels and engines and explosions.' What was an oasis has become an aesthetic desert, one to which we will, unfortunately, not be returning. Yet another victim of mass tourism, EU structural funds and the dictate of the motor car. Sad but true...
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location, beautiful property, great staff, nicely located and next to some nature trails for a nice walk.
Cons: The AC and fan in the room were not working properly so the room was pretty hot and there was a fan vent located pretty close to the balcony that made it pretty difficult to sleep soundly throughout the night. The mattresses were also a bit too soft
7.9 Good
Pros: Hotel in general very nice
Cons: Food no much options , breakfast. No kettle at rooms no room food service after 10pm restuarant closes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good choice of foods for breakfast. Perfect location very close to other places. Swimming pool and spa in the same building.
Cons: Lights turned off even though card is inserted in the card box after entering.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice, spacious room with comfortable beds, clean and big bathroom. Lovely wellness, location of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, happy to help with everything and even prepared nice breakfast package when we needed to leave really soon.
Cons: Not really happy solution of parking. It seems that there is not enough parking space for the hotel capacity. We got our car crashed while using the hotel parking lot.
Overview Reviews
The 4-star Mercure Krynica Zdrój Resort & Spa hotel is situated opposite Góra Parkowa and Park Zdrojowy in Krynica Zdrój. The hotel boasts 100 comfortable rooms, fully equipped meeting rooms, plus restaurants and wineries. We cater to all the needs of our guests, from business to tourism and recreation. Guests can relax at the luxurious medical spa centre, which offers unique treatments.
7.9 Good
Pros: Relatively close distance to the city center via nice park walking paths. Very nice staff. Clean.
Cons: Very basic restaurant menu and quality of food. Even very nice personnel could not cover the deficiencies of dishes served. Guests wearing bath wardrobes in common hotel areas (even in the bar) and small kids running all over the place have been disturbing as well. Very tight space in the garage. No any view from the hotel, other than neighboring buildings.
7.5 Good
Pros: Hotel quite pleasant, clean and well-kept room. Room service is nice. Very good food in the restaurant. My only downside is the price of stay, which is not adequate to the location and standard of the hotel. Check-out takes a long time, one person at the reception at 11 am, so you have to arm yourself patiently when you check out.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good. Great spa
8.3 Excellent
Pros: In general it is good hotel, has free kid's room
Cons: Have to pay extra for everything, parking, breakfast, sauna, etc. Way too many things to pay for. Read carefully booking conditions prior to book.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bed comfort, location, room spaciousness, even the room coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time
Cons: Just the ever so slightly dated look, but it’s simply a visual aspect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My parents had a brilliant time. Thank you for everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When my friend and I were invited to Poland by some Polish friends, we figured we would plan a spa week before going to Poznan for Pyrkon. After a fair bit of looking around, the Mercure popped up as highly recommended for our needs. I have an auto-immune disease that sometimes makes movement difficult, and my friend was overworked and on the verge of a nervous breakdown, as well as severely agoraphobic. We are not, by any means, easy guests. We had such an amazing week here that we were genuinely sad to leave and we would be back in a heartbeat. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a great view from the balcony we didn't use as much as we should have. The beds were super-comfortable, a huge plus for physically disabled clients (I usually have to ask for extra pillows or blankets for support when I go abroad, I didn't need to here). It was so quiet and peaceful we slept beautifully every night. When we did eat in the restaurant the food was lovely, good Polish national cuisine (that I had, friend is somewhat picky). The crux of our visit, the spa, was an absolute treat. The therapists were so lovely to us, very accommodating and very skilled in their work. I had at least one treatment every day and on the first day there the therapist mapped them all out for me to get the most out of them. The pool was a fantastic place to just peacefully float away all day if you wanted, and the relaxation spots were so comfortable that you could nap there even after a good 12 hours sleep the night before. We particularly enjoyed the rocking couches overlooking the mountain trails. The best part about our whole experience is that it had a dramatic effect on our well-being. After a few treatments I was in a lot less pain, having very few spasms and able to walk around quite a bit without my cane. My agoraphobic friend, who usually can't leave her own house without someone escorting her, walked around outside without me for the first time in three years!
Cons: This is a rural part of Poland and the people we met had somewhat limited English, but I don't see that as a problem they had as we can't expect everyone to understand us, and their English was a hell of a lot better than our Polish was. We mostly communicated through hand gestures and apologies (from us for being awful tourists.) We got by just fine. As neither of us drive, we had to take a very long bus to get to Krynica Zdroj and that was a bit of a pain, but again not the hotel's problem, we knew what we were getting into. Those were the only problems we had. I haven't a bad word to say about the Mercure or anything that happened in it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable hotel with a pleasant ambience, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and spacious. Recommendation: rooms with balcony.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: There are a private parking places under hotel. The staff prepared the necessary documents, no extra time was needed for the check in and check out. No noise around the hotel, shops are close to the hotel.”
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great spa and wellness area! It might be a bit pricy but it was really worth trying. I loved the swimming pool - big enough to swimm and with jacuzzi and amazing relaxing sports it was perfect for lazy afternoons. It has its own atmoshpere and somehow resonates with the local climate. I really liked those two days, even though it wasn't the cheapest hotel I have stayed in.
Cons: Breakfast! It was probably the worst I have lately in 4* hotel. The eggs were dry and tasteless, and there was nothing much to chose from. It is way to expensive for such a poor offer! Overall I think that generally prices very a bit too high for the offer.

Art Nikifor Hotel - Krynica-Zdrój - Lobby
10
8.4 Excellent (117 reviews)
Overview Reviews
The property is located on a hill in the peaceful centre of Krynica Zdrój. It offers rooms with an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a recreational centre. The rooms at Nikifor come with a private bathroom with a shower and satellite TV. During your stay at Nikifor, you can visit the Finnish sauna and the steam bath and enjoy various kinds of massage. The Nikifor's restaurant, Łemkowska Chyża, offers excellent regional dishes. In the morning breakfast buffet is served. Nikifor offers curling contests, preceded by professional training.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was well enough, the beds are okay, the view from the room was to the street. I guess it was okey. You could vary your breakfast from a wide range of Polish food.
Cons: The walls are a little bit of thin, if somebody was watching tv, you could hear them. During our stay (for 5 days) the sauna was not working, I don't know why, just simply was not working. The shower sometimes worked sometimes not, hot water was luxury after an all day of skiing. The pain point was the sauna as we chose this apartement mostly because of this extra service. You have to park on the street, and really hard to find free place, in case of snowing... The Nikifor restaurant's prices are fair, but because of this, at late night you definielty will not have free parking place, only at down the street.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The receptionist did not speak much English, but she was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and I really loved all the artwork throughout the hotel. The decor is warm and charming.
Cons: Access to the lobby is only available via a climb of 2 flights of stairs. The electricity went out just after I checked into my room, but it did come back on in a few minutes. No one answers most of the time if you try to call reception. The female staff in the restaurant are not very friendly, and I had the impression that they don't like non-Polish visitors.

6.7 Good
Pros: Food was very good. Morning buffet was great so everyone could enjoy it to the fullest. Also possibility to use table tennis as well as billiard was nice. Massage session is a big plus but it would be nice if we could use it also at evening - not only until 4pm. All the stuff was super nice - at the reception, sauna, gentleman at the swimming pool, even cleaning ladies.
Cons: Our room was super old - it looked like from 70s. The carpet was also like 30 (or even older) so we had to keep the window open to get rid of the smell. We also tried to use swimming pool but every time we went there it was super full (especially one family was taking almost half of it and seemed they spent there their whole vacation). The boy was coughing and was sick so he should be actually not allowed to enter. Someone should pay more attention on what is going on there.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant and gentle staff.
Cons: Varieties of buffet breakfast selection - not very impressive as for so widely advertised spa chain.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, breakfast, every morning a new bottle of sparkling mineral water is handed in... Staff can be a little bit annoying sometimes (like entering the room to clean before breakfast), but in general they try to make it right. Note that some balconies look straight into the forest so expect not much sun light, but on the other hand you don't need air conditioning even in the hot summer days. All rooms feature fridges and kettles.
Cons: It is hard to single out something specific. Perhaps I have to mention that the water tap over sink in the bathroom is a little bit stiff. That water pool which is on every photograph of this hotel is actually quite a controversial thing. Use it at your discretion.

Cons: Nothing

5.0 Okay
Pros: - Free parking - Wi-Fi in the room.
Cons: - Hot water is not hot but just warm. - Hot dinners are served just every second evening. The rest of the days just cold food as for the breakfast - The bathroom is extremely cold and not bath mat for the cold floor. - Food is ... not good. - Heating was not working. - Photo not showing the real situation of rooms. We were in an old room with really dirty walls :( - Price is too expensive for such quality.
6.7 Good
Pros: I liked the location -700m from center so in a calm but close. The view is really nice. The renovated room was spacious enough, well equiped and beds confy. Bathroom new, spacious, clean. Nice and big (for a hotel) swimmingpool, gym really well equiped. Bar with craft beers. Breakfast ok, everyone would find something. Staff helpful, kind.
Cons: Parking is a nightmare- the hotel was build in old Times so no place for cars , you park everywhere. The whole building is in really bad shape you don’t see on the pictures, the surroundings of the hotel are not cleaned, old furnitures, pipes laying around- the view from the gym could be nice but the therasse is covered with rotten chairs and tables- just throw it away! The balcony in the bar and dining room has such a nice view but it’s half in broken tiles, concrete and fake grass- just put the grass everywhere and make it look clean. The room with the balcony was looking really poor with dirty carpet, the broken curtains, we preffered room on first floor with poor view and no balcony but clean and new.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good (exceeded my expectations for this price) Especially good are fitness facilities, here you can find almost everything- swimming pool and sauna are included in price! Parking was nearby.
Cons: All was perfect
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: It was stinky and old room. Not the same as listed on the site. (Staff said that only some of the rooms were renovated) The floor was broken, walls were dirty. One of the beds was in fatal condition. No separate ballcony. The glass in the room was not cleaned. (There was lipstick on the edges) During the breakfast I saw staff putting back used napkins to the stand. (3 times same situation) Food was really bad, even the jug with milk was rusty...
4.6 Okay
Cons: Extremely old and uninvested facility. Will never book it again or recommend anyone. It’s not worth the money. Very disappointed. Dirty walls everywhere. Incl. our room. Old swimming pool. Leaking water from the ceilings in the hall, bar and some rooms. Parking is a joke. For max 15 cars. Otherwise you need to park 100’s meters apart on the narrow risky street.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: This is a typical Communist Era grand hotel so it is short on frills but delivers on basics. The whole building is shaped like a cruise liner plonked on top of a mountain. The views from all floors are pretty spectacular. There is a balcony running around the outside of each floor so you can step outside and take in the sun or snow depending on the time of year. I was there for the Christmas break and book half board - the breakfast was a little late and the dinner early but the food was good and plentiful. The bar was open as it was Christmas and the beer was cheap. Krynica itself is a interesting place to visit and there were some wonderful views.
Cons: It is a long hike up the hill especially in winter when the snow is deep and cars are parked on the pavements. The steepness of the hill meant that I had to keep getting taxis down to the centre. Also, for such a huge hotel (4 floors of guest accommodation) it would have been nice to have a coffee bar away from the main entrance and reception area.
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location for views of the valley and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good. Good overall value.
Cons: Old, tired and not well maintained. Front desk reception was absolutely terrible when we checked in...Possibly the worst customer service I had in Poland.
7.5 Good
Pros: Swimming pool is in hotel, food is nice, nice view
Cons: Parking is narrow
7.5 Good
Pros: Price is great . Location good , close to the centre but a bit of a steep hill . We enjoyed those walks though. View from the dining room and balconies amazing even on a 2nd floor . Little play room very handy for young kids . Plenary of tasty choices at the breakfast buffet . Seriously good food . Dinners great too . Clean rooms and bathrooms . Staff very friendly .
Cons: Smelly toilet . Very clean but something is seriously wrong with drainage . Kids ware complaining a lot . Had to make sure the toilet is closed and the bathroom door as well .
