Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the spaciousness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff, with some reviewers highlighting comfortable beds and good bathroom amenities. However, many reviews noted significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems, especially during ongoing renovations. Several guests felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price, citing unnecessary charges and poor service. Safety and parking were also concerns for some visitors. Overall, while there were some positives, the hotel requires substantial improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and value for money.
