Pros (+) Service was exceptional. I was especially pleased to see that the palms on the property were healthy and beautiful. So many hotels butcher them, but these palms had all their green leaves.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was great! Loved that they had such a wide variety of breakfast selections and a very large seating area, so even at the busiest points the dining area was spacious enough for everyone to not feel that they were on top of one another. The ONLY bad thing about our stay was that the mattresses were uncomfortable - very hard. Everything...
Cons (-) Mattresses were MUCH firmer than most hotels.
