Pros (+) Get place for families that want to go to the waterpark next door.
Cons (-) Really bad place if you want piece and quite. It was summertime during my stay and the hotel was a buzz of children and familes up at all hours.

Cons (-) Outdated rooms, unpleasant smell in the hallway, elevator, and room.

Cons (-) Our toilet didn't have a handle. It had a string that we had to pull to flush. The string was wet from the toilet water which was gross. This didn't make the stay seem regal at all.
Pros (+) Location, able to check in early.
Cons (-) Found fleas in our room. Switched to a different room, and found a spider in the bed. The breakfast dining area was filthy, trash and spilled milk everywhere. Not very satisfied with my stay.
