Pros (+) I felt I was listened too when I had an issue. The room size was very nice (double queen size room)
Cons (-) The pool heater was broke and the water was very cold. My youngest had blue lips.

Pros (+) Very convenient location to where we were visiting friends, restaurants, stores
Cons (-) Bedding was dirty. Received dirty washcloths from housekeeping (looked like cleaning rags). Left our brand new phone charger in the room after checkout and nobody from housekeeping turned it in.
