Being at center of the city.

Receptionist are poor, I felt discrimination according to my nationality. It was like being at government office.

The windows were very dirty.

I chose this hotel for location.

Noisy corridors. Cleaner starts knocking doors way too early like 8 am every morning. Closing doors are very noisy. Next three rooms were given to the same family and they run from one room to another all night long. Very disturbing for the rest of us especially kids turning into a playground.

the location is brilliant

The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. It was impossible to sleep especially on the side that faces the square because it was too noisy. Windows were not thick enough. I was charged immediately after I made my reservation, contrary to the rules.

Yes, the Hotel cannot be a 5 Starts Hotel, im referring back to the Rooom set up itself, (the carper, the bed, the TV, the size fo teh room, the Bathroom...) all were way below expectation.
