Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's pools and aqua park, describing them as enjoyable and well-maintained. However, many reviews express strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Service is frequently criticized for being unfriendly or inefficient, and food quality, especially breakfast, is a common complaint. While a few guests mention spacious rooms and good staff interactions, the overall impression is marred by poor hygiene and disappointing dining experiences.
