Cons (-) The A/C was messed up and making a very loud noise. I couldn't hear myself think. I called and someone came but it was an hour I'd like to have back. I was moved to a handicap accessible room since the entire hotel was booked.

Pros (+) Modern, sleek, expensive looking lobby, very friendly staff. Three elevators leading up to our 12th floor room; there was never a long wait to go up or downstairs. The room was clean and standard. No complaints. The number one selling point was paying a 'motel' price for this excellent hotel. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in town.
Cons (-) The only complaint that comes to mind is the proximity of restaurants near hotel. There are only about 3 fast food restaurants close by. It is about 15 min travel to other options. I am not used to big city commutes, thus 15 min is a bit inconvenient for me. The reason I booked this hotel though, was for its proximity to ikea and not to restaurants. Pros (+) HAD A NICE EXPERIENCE AT THE HOTEL. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE. RIGHT OFF HWY/INT 59/69. ROOMS WERE QUIET AND CLEAN. NO PROBLEMS I CAN THINK OF. I WILL STAY AT HOTEL AGAIN AND RECOMMEND TO FREINDS
