Excellent customer service. Hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. Perfect location close to the airport with complimentary shuttle service. Highly recommended to all travelers for short and long stay. It’s only a 15 minute train ride from Amsterdam Schiphol airport to Amsterdam Central.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, and convenient shuttle ride to the airport, every 30 minutes. Five minute drive. Great staff and breakfast. And a great bar. This hotel is very impressive. Don't hesitate. This was my second time booking there, and I will continue to, for the value it cant be beat. The goods are very modern and very clean.

Pros (+) Buffet breakfast included. Evening dinner selection is limited but still ok. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Shuttle bus to airport is quick, approx 10 mins to airport
Cons (-) Limited dinner menu. Shower water pressure not good. Shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes so check timing to make sure you make it to the airport on time. Shuttle bus pick up is separate from other hotels. Pick up at STA office near Starbucks arrival 4 section. Not a criticism but not obvious location.
