Pros (+) The stAff lacked professionalism. The hotel was mediocre at best. We never ate there. The shuttle service was good. They did not resupply the room each day. The amenities were barely acceptable.

Pros (+) Stayed here for 4 days on a social visit to Amsterdam. Found the room to be very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities within the room were good and refilled daily as well as a small fridge. The bathroom was spacious and very clean, shower was fantastic. Pros (+) It was a quick place to come to from the airport the free shuttle was a plus and I took advantage of it the 2 nights I was there!
Cons (-) The hotel was super clean except I found a condom on the ground what the bed moved a little! Also I didn't like the single beds wish they had one big bed instead
