Pros: Loved the easy access to beach, freindly staff, great location. Very relaxing. Food in restaurants was good.
Cons: Didn't like that chairs on the beach had to be rented and were not provided by the hotel. At other beach resorts I have had free beach chairs with umbrellas or cabanas and even waiters that brought drinks to the beach for you.
Pros: Beach access was great!
Cons: The elevator was out of order for 3 of 4 nights of my stay. We stayed on the second floor so we were OK; however, I'm sure those staying on the 4th and 5th floors were not so happy.
Pros: it was clean and pretty much everything you need at one resort from food to family activities, especially walking distance to the beach my kids love it.
Cons: wishing there is a sleep sofa in the room which would be great for the kids don't want to share the bed.
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms. Nice nice hotel layout
Cons: The steps are a bit steep leading into the hotel room area and elevators so if you have heavy luggage you may have a small problem
Great place and friendly staff
Pros: The Omni was a great place to stay. They are doing some improvements on the property but it didn't interfere with our stay.
Pros: The rooms and restaurant was an amazing experience
Poor, bad service, dirty, expensive, ruud & unprofessional
Cons: Poor, bad service, dirty, expensive, ruud & unprofessional
Perfect for what I was looking for
Pros: The resort was situated perfectly between Hilton Head Plantation and Harbor Town so it was great for the golf courses we were playing. I did not use the pool, beach, golf or tennis at Palmetto Dunes but I'm sure it is beautiful.
Cons: There was lots of room renovation construction going on
Great location but bring your ear plugs!
Pros: The location of this hotel is amazing and the amenities are great with Muriel's pools onsite and restaurants.
Cons: There was remodeling occurring at the time of our stay. Some other reviews suggested that this was the same however the hotel staff insisted it would not effect our stay. They were absolutely wrong and loud construction was heard the entire 4 days so it was difficult to relax. Construction vehicles and supplies took up half of the parking lot and the construction staff took their breaks lying down in grassy patches in the lots. The restaurants on site were very overpriced which was somewhat expected.
So Disappointed!
Pros: Dog Friendly, although don't bother paying for an ocean view if you have a dog because you will be put on the 1st or 2nd floor and you will not be able to see the beach.
Cons: I paid for an Ocean View room but my view was at best an obstructed view of the ocean. When I complained, I was moved to another "ocean view room" but I literally could not see any water from that room. Management made no attempt to improve the situation, so I will avoid Omni Hotels from now on.
Staff (other than the front desk) are totally foreign and speak poor English; ordering food is quite frustrating.
Pros: The bed was very comfy. Everyone was very friendly. The food was excellent!
Cons: Nothing, but having to leave!
