Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, beautiful mountain views, and friendly, helpful staff. Many enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms and appreciated amenities like the pool and spa. However, several reviews mentioned the lack of air conditioning, dated rooms, and occasional issues with breakfast variety or pool availability. Despite some negative feedback about service and value for price, the overall experience was positive for most guests, especially due to the scenery and convenience.
