We went in for the honeymoon and they prepared us a small gift for us. It's the small services like this that made my wife happy with the whole experiences in granada. Appreciated

The hotel was excellent in most respects and the location was quite close to the centre. It is very well maintained and clean. The room was quite spacious.
I don't think it's actually 5-star. I would have expected better facilities. The toiletries provided were meagre in comparison with those of good 4-star establishments, there were no bath robes and bathroom sandals and the provisions in the mini bar were not what one would expect for a 5-star hotel - no spirits and restricted range of nibbles. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided but what was consumed was never replenished.

We chose to stay here as it was easy walking distance into the city centre and the Science Park.
We were a bit upset that the spa was closed for renovations over the weekend we stayed.

The bed was amazing and we had a room with the view of the canal, had an amazing spa and was private away from the hustle bustle. Take tram 4 from central station get off lutmanstraat and it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel
