Pros (+) The balcony! The front desk lady was extremely helpful and funny.
Cons (-) Nothing. It was great.
Pros (+) Well maintained common areas and room furniture and linens
Cons (-) Hotel had early AM (2-4 am) deliveries and trash collection outside our window.
Pros (+) The family room had plenty of room. Breakfast was great!
Pros (+) The price is great for the size of the room - we had two queen beds and bunk beds. The continental breakfast was by far the best ever. My teenage kids talked about how good the eggs were the rest of our trip. Very clean as well.
Pros (+) Received a very welcome free upgrade to a suite. Wonderful large shower and jetted tub. We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast.
Cons (-) Not a luxury location but a very good value.
Pros (+) Was right off the interstate, great location. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Cons (-) One certain staff member was pretty rude. Don't ask for extra towels or shampoo! He gets upset.
