Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and cleanliness. However, many report serious issues with service, including unresponsive or absent staff, reservation problems, and poor communication. Breakfast is frequently criticized for either being unavailable or of low quality. Elevator malfunctions are a recurring problem, causing inconvenience.
