Pros:I told them I am severely asthmatic. When I walked into the room I immediately smelled musty old rug that was cleaned at least dozens of times and exhausted its useful life a long time ago. I went back to the front desk and told them needed a different room for medical reasons and willing to pay more. The front desk person and the day manager told me that they did not have availability without any serious they said no without any consideration and force me to sleep in this room where I ended up wheezing all night. They also lied to me that all the rooms were renovated at the same time and were the same. And it turns out that there were at least a few rooms available.
Cons:The front desk staff should care about the wellbeing of their customers. Poorly trained and inconsiderate.
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Zoltan at reception was a star. The restaurant and bar team were efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Looking forward to our next visit
9.4 Wonderful
Pros:The Number One was a tremendous experience. The hotel and restaurant staff could not have been better during our stay. I would simply say keep it up!
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Beautiful historic hotel in the perfect location. The staff could not have done more to be helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spectacular.
Cons:The light level in the room was so subdued that it was difficult to see inside your suitcase. Other than that no complaints at all.
10.0 Wonderful
Pros:Impeccable elegance.
