Guests say
Most guests had a negative experience at this hotel, citing extremely poor service, rude staff, and unresponsiveness to complaints. Cleanliness was a major concern, with many reviews mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and the presence of cockroaches. Amenities were often described as outdated or missing, and several guests noted that basic facilities such as hot water and WiFi were not functioning properly. Despite these issues, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location near the metro and supermarkets, and some found the price reasonable for the area.
