Amazing Hotel, very clean, nice location, and the staff are more than professional specially Mr. Mostafa& Mr.hossam from reception as they made our stay really memorable with the nice attitude. They were very helpful and cheerful as well. Grand hyatt is now one of our favorite hotels in Dubai, and it's really the best option for couples and family with kids . highly recommend it.

Good day Grand Hyatt Dubai, I would like to appreciate your kind service where i had such an amazing starting from having lunch at IZ (the Indian restaurant) top of the line and ended up having refreshment drinks at Cooz bar as Olga have took extra care for myself as she have prepared the right drink, more than what I expected, welldone! Finally, I Kindly advice further guests to try out the Indian restaurant as the food always been super fresh and end up having drinks at Cooz bar and remember to ask for Olga for the best care. Thank you Grand Hyatt Dubai, thank you for introducing us to the right staff.
