Cons (-) My hotel stay was awful. I paid in full in advance and still had a 2 1/2 hour wait on my room. Hotel desk was not accomodating at all! I understand if it was a complementary room, but I paid full price. After losing approx $2,000 they still would not let me pay for a second night.
