Cons (-) No power at home, booked two rooms, spoke to them directly the day before, got an email confirmation 2pm the day of. 1 hour later, I get a call from them...overbooked and no more rooms. Cons (-) First put in smoking room. It was awful! But we were switched promptly without a hassle. Also, loud young men with "banging' noises till late at night.
