I had a two-night stay, had no problem with check-in...the guy at the front desk was super kind! Went to run some errands in the morning and came back, and my keycard didn't work on my door anymore. Pros (+) Attentive service - we requested a crib at check/in and it was in our room when we got there. Breakfast was extensive.
Cons (-) The walls were very thin, we heard any water running next door, and all the noise from late arrivals outside our room.
