Pros (+) Room was fine and area quiet.
Cons (-) Breakfast was poor. When we arrived for breakfast we took the last biscuit and they were never restocked. The gravy and everything else was cold including the eggs. There were also two trays that obviously were meant to hold something but were empty. We saw no one attending to the breakfast area while we were there.
