Pros (+) OK, I started off in a bad mood because my reservation (confirmed) was not in the hotel system which is pretty much the worst start you can have at 22.30 when you arrive. Apparently the fault was Kayak's. The shower was a skinny one. I do like a big shower head. Breakfast was incredibly busy and it was difficult to squeeze into some of the seats. I was OK I got there first but my neighbour didn't ...
Cons (-) The good news was that the staff worked to find a solution and I had my stay after all, albeit with a much raised blood pressure. The room was comfortable. A very big thanks to the staff who sorted out my accommodation. Sorry, I didn't take your names but that was the highlight of my stay..

Cons (-) My family and I were promised free extra bed which we got. At the end of our stay we were asked to pay 455 euro for the extra bed. We refused to pay.
