+ The front desk worker was wonderful. We had a major problem with the online reservation company, but she helped us to work through that after a long day of travel. The bed was VERY COMFORTABLE, and the room was very clean. I have some dietary restrictions, so the great selection for breakfast was a big deal to me. - No negatives for the hotel - just the online reservation company.
Pros (+) The pool was nice and wasn’t over crowded. The staff was great, super polite. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good
Cons (-) My room got missed for maid service. Their snow removal crew does not clean the snow between the cars.
Pros (+) A very basic hotel, but really clean and well maintained. The free breakfast in the morning isn't fancy, but a nice plus. Very close to the Horseshoe casino. Overall a very good rate for a very good hotel.
