Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight the hotel's excellent location, close to the metro, city center, and local amenities, which many found convenient for exploring Copenhagen. However, there are consistent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning mold, poor bathroom hygiene, and outdated facilities. Service is also criticized, particularly regarding limited reception hours, lack of staff presence, and unhelpful personnel. Many guests were dissatisfied with having to pay extra for WiFi, which was expected to be free. While some appreciated the value for money and room size, most felt the overall quality did not match the price, and the negative aspects outweighed the positives for many reviewers.
