Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, especially for its proximity to the cruise port, train station, and city center. Many found the rooms clean and some appreciated the spaciousness of certain accommodations. While a few staff members were described as friendly and helpful, several reviews noted inconsistent or unfriendly service. The breakfast received criticism for quality and variety, and some guests mentioned the need for hotel renovations and better maintenance. Overall, the hotel is considered convenient and well-situated, but service and amenities could be improved.
