Terrible. Staff had terrible attitude as soon as I told them I didn’t not want to double my rental total cost by adding their extra insurance they tried every way possible to cancel my rental. Disgusting behaviour and only are interested in scamming customers

I liked that the pickup dropoff location is very close to airport. Staff is friendly. I didn't like that at the counter, the price for the car increases almost 5 times what the reservation was booked for. Also the unit was a downgrade from what the reservation was for, and it had an issue with the brakes and steering wheel that made it feel unsafe to drive.
