Pros:

The entire check-in process was very quick (under 15 minutes). The staff was very friendly and I'm extremely grateful that the pickup truck option was available. The truck was excellent. I'm very pleased with my whole experience.

Cons:

Beware that Enterprise does not necessarily pick you up. The corporate website says "within 10 miles, non-airport." But, what you'll find is that the 10 mile radius is not followed. Instead, each Enterprise location goes by MUNICIPAL BOUNDARIES. So, even if you're within 10 miles of an Enterprise location, but across a suburb/town line, they will not pick you up. That was disappointing.

Pros:

The price was good but doesn't matter if there are no cars to drive.

Cons:

They completely bailed on me! They let me book a car but told me in the morning they didn't have any available. Instead of getting one for me and calling back, they closed for the weekend.

They committed fraud on me, they charged me an extra 134 dollars from my account, they claim that I did not fill the gas tank and that is lies. I have proof that if I did fill it, if I have to go to court for this, I will do it if they do not return my money.
