I booked an intermediate car with better mpg. When I went there they had so many cars parked but mentioned those cars are not available and I have to take a minivan instead. For that they gonna charge me more since it’s a minivan but it wasn’t my choice😤. They didn’t have what I booked for and on top of that minivan was with lower mpg. So more gas expenses. I returned the car two hours late as I needed some rest for two hours extra they charged me close to a day price. I am never going with enterprise again. I booked with many other rental companies and I had no issues. With budget last week I paid only $93 for rental and with enterprise I am paying almost $400. That’s unbelievable and complete rip off. Enterprise sucks.
