Double check the booking. A lot of people accidentally book at a near by airport Melbourne And there is no shuttle make sure it’s close to the port and offers a shuttle .

If you are going in on a Sunday, remember they open at 8am so make your reservation for 9:30, because the first shuttle won’t get you till 8am and that is full so you Have to wait for the next one, I had a reservation for 8am, didn’t drive off the lot till 9:45am and they didn’t adjust my time for drop off, still had to have it at Orlando airport by 8am.

The facility is not large, but the staff were incredibly polite and did their best to accommodate the ebb and flow of reservations. Suggest either not trying to rent a car when the cruise ships all arrive or being very patient.

Pick up was a nightmare. Took over 90 minutes to line up and get a car. Took the Budget shuttle from the cruise port. It identified only as Budget and the driver didn't advise that there are 2 locations. Of course I was at the wrong location. Paid an additional fee so I could get a car after the longest wait. The guy behind the counter wanted me to buy the toll pass for $13 per day. Said there was no option of paying if I didn't have exact change and it would cost me $10 to $15 to get to Orlando from Port Canaveral, it cost me no more than $10 and each toll had a person that was there to give change. The toll from Disney to the airport $2.75. It would have cost an additional $70 had we bought the "toll plan" as recommended. If I spent $15, it would surprise me. Drop off was a breeze. Took all of 2 minutes and the interaction was pleasant

It was extremely busy however every person on line was “priority@ except me. So every time they called someone new it was “priority”. I ended up getting passed by a lot of people and waiting for longer than I felt necessary for my car. So that felt like an insult because I am not priority because I never travel because I am a teacher. So how about we start prioritizing teachers and stop prioritizing business people. Thanks

Car was same as booked. Clean . Good on gas. Comfortable easy to operate . Drop off was a breeze . Only negative was the long line at pick up but in fairness we were all coming off the same cruise ship.

The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car. Long wait time to get car, charged for a car seat when I didn’t have one. Then to top it off the vehicle was infested with German roaches. Spent hours inspecting our luggage’s and throwing away belongings that were infested with the roaches.
