Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often noting its proximity to key attractions and city landmarks. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. The pool and common areas are appreciated for their pleasant atmosphere. However, many reviews mention issues with the bathrooms, including small size and outdated fixtures, and breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it basic or limited. Overall, the hotel's charm and service stand out, but improvements are needed in facilities and amenities.
