Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the generally good breakfast offerings. However, there are repeated complaints about the pool being inaccessible or only available for an extra fee, which is a source of disappointment for many. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests highlighting staff friendliness and professionalism, while others note issues with attentiveness and language barriers. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding, with some negative remarks about room maintenance. Overall, the hotel is seen as having potential, especially for those valuing large rooms and a decent breakfast, but improvements are needed in amenities and service consistency.
