Pros (+) The design of the room, the comfortable bed, the features of the bathroom and controlling the lighting from the bed. Loved the toilet and bathtub!
Cons (-) That the toilet was out in the open in the bathroom. The screens don’t help with privacy. Having a door to the toilet would be preferable.

Pros (+) What a beautiful hotel! It is a beautifully restored old building that stays true to its heritage, but with all the modern, high tech conveniences. Stunning!
Cons (-) While we were there, the rooftop bar, promised to be open year-round was closed due to the Buffalo weather. That was a disappointment.
