Most guests were very satisfied with the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, the quality and variety of the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, many reviewers expressed strong concerns about the hotel’s location, describing the surrounding area as dirty, unsafe, and uncomfortable, though some noted it was convenient for reaching the city center or public transport.
