Location was excellent
The staff was a bit dismissive, but also the beginning of Covid-19. The valet was not helpful until after I checked in, but had to park car basically at the garage and carried my own bags back to the hotel to check-in.

Everyone was very helpful. We had a few mishaps throughout the day, we where suppose to be in NYC and our event canceled. We booked a hotel in CT for the night and it was such a bad experience. We checked out after 1 hour and called you. We packed up and headed to Boston! Thank you for helping make this an easy trip. We arrived at 1 am. We really enjoyed our stay.

Thought the staff was efficient, experienced and helpful. The bed, bedding, towels and toiletries were nice.
Did not have breakfast but did have room service from the Market, which was inferior. The toilet flush was extremely loud, usually not an issue, except if other folks were asleep flushing was intrusive. The furniture, other than the office / desk chair was fairly uncomfortable.The HVAC, which looks like a retrofitted system, was loud and constantly blowing air. There was an old unplugged refrigerator just sitting on the floor next to the other refrigerator. Did not prefer viewing all the Hotel services, menus, etc. on the TV. Would prefer written material. In Hotel dining options very limited and sub-par.
