Overall, guests consistently praise the hotel's location, highlighting its proximity to the town, beach, and beautiful views. However, there are widespread complaints about poor service, including rude or unhelpful staff, lack of basic amenities, and issues with room assignments. Cleanliness is another major concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and inadequate housekeeping. Room size and condition also receive criticism, with mentions of small, shabby, or outdated rooms. Breakfast is frequently described as basic, unappetizing, or unhygienic. While a few positive experiences with staff and value for price are noted, the negatives regarding service, cleanliness, and facilities are prominent.
