Guests appreciated the friendliness of the staff, spacious and clean rooms, and the pool facilities. However, many reviews mentioned issues with the restaurant, such as limited variety, food quality, and menus tailored to foreign guests. Overall, the hotel is seen as family-friendly with good service, but food and restaurant experience need improvement.
