Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its comfortable beds, good breakfast, and convenient location, especially for those visiting UFMG. Many found the rooms clean and the showers strong and pleasant. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness details, delays or confusion during check-in, and occasional lapses in service. Some guests noted that the hotel feels old or not well maintained in parts, and there were complaints about noise and value for price, particularly regarding parking fees. Overall, positives outweigh the negatives, with bed comfort, breakfast, and location standing out.
