Pros (+) House cleaning staff was awesome!! Access to the Kellogg Arena was exceptional.
Cons (-) Did not like the way my family was treated at the restaurant inside the hotel. The staff was unorganized and unfriendly. Also, did not like the security guards in the pool area.

Pros (+) Most everything was fine. I've stayed here many times when visiting family in Battle Creek. The valet parking is fine, the rooms are okay, and I usually have few complaints.
Cons (-) BUT - the noise can be really bad during large events at the attached convention center. Idiot midwestern families occupying multiple rooms seem to like to shout down the hallways as if they were in their own home instead of a shared facility. The worst, though, is that the staff apparently don't bother to reprogram the alarm clocks on the nightstands between guests. Cue me getting woken up out of...
