Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station, and many found the beds comfortable for a good night's sleep. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with reports of bad odors, dirty rooms, and insufficient linen changes. Noise from other guests and lack of order in shared spaces were also mentioned as negatives. Service received mixed reviews, with some staff described as friendly and attentive, while others were seen as unhelpful or rude. Overall, the positives center around location and bed comfort, but issues with cleanliness and noise detract from the experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
