Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's location, especially its proximity to major temples and the stunning views of Wat Arun and the river. The staff and service received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests enjoyed the breakfast offerings and rooftop bar. However, the lack of an elevator was a frequent complaint, particularly for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Some guests also found the rooms small and the access to the hotel inconvenient. Overall, the positives of location, service, and breakfast stood out, despite drawbacks like no elevator and some room limitations.
