Our reservation was cancelled before our arrival. The hotel had no vacant rooms. spent 3 hours on Traveluro to assist us in getting another hotel which they never did. Asked for a refund the request still hasnt even being processed. They could not tell us how the reservation got cancelled even though I had received a text the night before stating it was confirmed We had to find other accommodation...

Pros (+) From the minute I entered the hotel I was made to feel very welcome. I was greeted at the front desk by Raj and his supervisor who allowed me to choose a snack from the pantry as a welcome gift for staying there. The bedroom was clean and modern. It was located near everything so easy to walk to everything in the inner harbor
Cons (-) A block away fron the hotel are some strip clubs. I was there on a Saturday and didn't hear a thing. If you walk on the other side of the hotel you can avoid seeing. They also had Fox News showing at breakfast. Literally any other channel would have been better.
