Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. Some found the beds comfortable and appreciated the ability to stay with pets. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness and safety concerns, including unpleasant odors, dirty rooms, and uncomfortable atmospheres. Issues with amenities, unprofessional service at times, and a lack of security were also mentioned. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, cleanliness and safety were major drawbacks.AI-generated from customer reviews

This was our first experience at red roof inn plus and will be our last. The first room, They couldn’t get the key to work, so they gave us another room. The second room was in a horrible state of repair and so they gave us a third room! This was a little better, just filthy. However, we do appreciate that they are pet friendly.
Pros (+) Location and price
Cons (-) Room was small but that's what we paid for. Also the TV remote was dirty and while the room had hardwood laminate there was a section that had carpet that was really dirty.
Pros (+) Cheap room, clean, beds very comfortable. Front desk staff were very nice.
Cons (-) Bunch of construction workers hanging out outside our room drinking beer on the balcony. Felt pretty safe overall. Isn't really in buckhead area. It's really Druid Hills area.
