Pros (+) Bathtub didn’t drain properly and the bathroom was without a fan. Which is likely why there was black mold growing in the corner and on the tile. Also, as a Platinum elite member I called for a late check out and the front desk attendant’s response was that there were multiple requests, so she could give me an extra 30mins- LOL. Next time I will stay at the double tree next store, much nicer and m...
Cons (-) Female front desk attendant who didn’t let my kids and I get an extra hour on the check out, which was at noon after a 4pm check-in? Hotel wasn’t full, and the attendant was just abusing her ability to say “No”. Black mold in bathroom and no fan, plus the bathtub didn’t drain which is gross in a hotel.. so a quick shower has you standing in ankle deep water..
